Daniel Connolly
Managing Director
Daniel has over 25 years experience having worked in local government, within national planning consultancies, client-side in senior positions at two national housebuilders, at senior level within an international surveying practice and culminating in establishing top independent planning consultancy, Hourigan Connolly, in 2009.
Daniel has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous high-value residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality schemes across the UK. He established Connollys in 2022.
Lee Greenwood
Planning Consultant
Lee has been a Town Planner for over 15 years, working in both local government and private practice during his career.
His experience includes a wide range of projects, in varying sectors, having been instrumental in the delivery of many major projects, which involved him leading on large scale residential and commercial developments, agricultural diversification and industrial schemes across the country.
Daniel Connolly has been a trusted adviser for several years, managing the phased relocation of our existing operation to a new site, which he helped source, whilst providing strategic advice to secure the redevelopment of our existing site for a higher value use.
